উপকরনঃ
কালো চাল - ১/২ কাপ বা ১০০ গ্রাম
দুধ - ১ লিটার
তেজ পাতা - ২ পিস
গুঁড় - ২০০ গ্রাম
কাজু বাদাম
কিশমিশ
Methods of how to cook Black rice:
1. At first take 100 gm Black Rice.
2. Wash it properly 2-3 times.
3. Soak it in water for at least 12-13 hours.
4. Take a kadai and add 1 liter Milk.
5. Start boiling on high flame.
6. When the milk starts boiling turn the flame to low.
7. Strain the Black Rice 1 hour before and add in the Milk.
8. Add 2 Bay Leaves and boil on medium to low flame till rice is cooked.
9. Boil on medium to high flame while stirring continuously.
10. After 7-8 min's the rice is still not cooked yet.
11. It took about 15-20 mins to cook the rice completely.
12. Now add 200 gm Jaggery/Patali Gur/Sugar (as per taste).
13. Cook till the Jaggery melts.
14. After that cook on high flame.
15. After the jaggery melts add a handful of Raisins & Cashew.
16. Then cook for 10 mins on high flame.
17. After 10 mins turn off your oven.
18. Today's Winter Special Black Rice Kheer/Pudding with Jaggery is ready.
