Recipe:
For the test:
5 eggs
50 ml. milk
50 ml. vegetable oil,
100 gr. sugar
80 gr. flour
20 gr. cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Vanillin or rum emulsion to taste.
For cream:
170 gr. soft butter
150 gr. powdered sugar
300 gr. cream cheese philadelphia
(can be replaced with Hohland or Almette cream cheese)
20 gr. cocoa powder
Vanillin or rum emulsion to taste.
Bake at a temperature of: 140C (280F) -20min.
180C (330F) - 8-10min.
