二人份量
意粉 200g spaghetti
洋蔥 1/2 個 Onion
車厘茄 200g Tomatoes
蒜頭 3辨 Garlic
鹽 1/4 tsp Salt
糖 1/2 tsp Sugar
羅勒葉 Basil
黑椒 少許 Black Pepper
辣椒碎 1/4tsp Chili flakes
水 500ml Water
橄欖油 10ml Olive Oil

1 把蒜頭切片, 洋蔥切條,車厘茄切半
2 意粉放鍋底, 放上, 洋蔥條, 車厘茄, 蒜頭片, 鹽, 糖, 辣椒碎 ,羅勒葉, 黑椒, 油,和水, 中火煮12分鐘, 稍為攪拌, 以免底部燒焦
