These Westerns shouldn’t work. They break the rules. They replace gunslingers with goofballs, outlaws with idiots, and tense standoffs with full-blown slapstick. Some of them flopped. Some became legends. And a few? They’re so weird, Hollywood wouldn’t dare make them today.
