餅乾做起來要簡單也可以很簡單

無鹽奶油 130g
糖粉 75g
玉米粉 20g
全蛋 一個(約50g)
低筋麵粉 230 (只做原味的話,250g)
杏仁粉 40g
做好的麵團分成3等份 (一份約165~180g)
原味
低筋麵粉再加 10g
抹茶
抹茶粉 4g
巧克力
可可粉 10g
烤溫 320°F (160℃) 烤16~18分鐘

Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 16-18 minutes
