RECIPE

▼ Ingredients

All-purpose flour 150g
Sugar 20g
Salt 2g
Unsalted butter 30g
Water 60ml
Unsalted butter 100g (for filling)

▼Step Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients of the dough into a dough and freeze at -18 °C for 30 minutes.
