I feel like this Back to Basics trilogy is due... Here on the BWJ channel I share a tip each week to help your homemade bread get better, or to try something new! It's an educational process intended to build your understanding because that's what you need to be able make amazing bread every time, to avoid errors, and learn from mistakes of the past. I feel like that's more helpful in the long run than knocking out a recipe once a week...
