群馬県渋川市にある玉子焼き専門店「ふじよし」に行ってきました。ふじよしは銀座で日本食を修行なされたご主人が一本一本丹精込めて焼く卵焼きのみを提供するお店です。通常の出汁の量の2倍使った玉子焼きは甘味・塩味・旨味がさい最大限に入って、メインディッシュになる味です。

I went to "Fujiyoshi", a tamagoyaki specialty store in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture. Fujiyoshi is a master who trained Japanese food in Ginza and cooks tamagoyaki one by one. Tamagoyaki, which uses twice the amount of normal soup stock, has the maximum sweetness, saltiness, and umami, making it a main dish.
