I designed and made my own roller bender that can bend round bars up to 16mm using CAD. If you use a common bender that makes bearings side by side, the round bar will be crushed and the boundary between the bearings will be scratched. So instead of bearings, I used an R-shaped roller with "Benrick Guide Roller R-type GRL60SR" so that it can be bent neatly. You can change the position of the roller and bend it upwards or downwards.
You can also bend a flat bar (flat iron) by replacing it with a bearing.
By installing the main body sideways, the workbench became the standard and it was possible to prevent twisting.
It also introduces the correction of deformation by welding (welding distortion removal).
