1 Small tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Small tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1 Onion Chopped
(Dry Coconut, 7-8 Garlic Cloves, 1/2 Inch Ginger, 1 Green Chilli) Paste
1/2 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1, 1/2 tsp Kanda Lasun Masala
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1, 1/2 Glass Hor Water
Coriander Leaves
2) Aambadichi Sukhhi Bhaji Ingredients :-
1 Bunch Gongura Leaves / Ambada (chopped)
3-4 tsp Chana Dal (Soaked 60 mn)
2 tsp Oil
1 Small tsp Cumin Seeds
10-12 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
6 Green Chilli Chopped
Salt to taste
2 tsp Roasted Peanuts Powder
