👉Ingridients:
2 big capsicum - 2 ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಸಿಕಂ
2 onions - 2 ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ
2 tomatoes - 2 ಟೊಮ್ಯಾಟೊ
8 to 10 cloves garlic - 8 ರಿಂದ 10 ಲವಂಗ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ
1 inch ginger - 1 ಇಂಚಿನ ಶುಂಠಿ
1 tsp poppy seeds - 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಗಸಗಸೆ
1 tsp sesame seeds - 1 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಎಳ್ಳು ಬೀಜಗಳು
1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1/2 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಜೀರಿಗೆ
2 tbsp kasuri methi - 2 ಚಮಚ ಕಸೂರಿ ಮೇಥಿ
2 green chili - 2 ಹಸಿರು ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
spices: ಮಸಾಲೆಗಳು
1/4 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 ಟೀಸ್ಪೂನ್ ಅರಿಶಿನ ಪುಡಿ
1 tbsp red chili powder - 1 ಚಮಚ ಕೆಂಪು ಮೆಣಸಿನ ಪುಡಿ
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder - 1/2 ಚಮಚ ಧನಿಯಾ ಪುಡಿ
salt to taste - ರುಚಿಗೆ ಉಪ್ಪು
2 tbsp oil - 2 ಚಮಚ ಎಣ್ಣೆ
4 to 5 tbsp cream with milk - ಹಾಲಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ 4 ರಿಂದ 5 ಚಮಚ ಕೆನೆ
