It's the 2024 NO SPEND Pantry Challenge! I really had to push myself to get started after a busy but enjoyable holiday break! I share a few meals and pull together a pantry full of items that I want to use up! I can't wait to come up with some meals to use up ingredients that have been sitting on my shelf AND avoid spending any money on groceries!! After all the holiday cooking it's hard to get back into the swing of things...I don't think I'm very hungry after all the great food over Christmas lol but let's get back to it!
