I didn’t start 2024 with a goal to simplify my life, it just happened. It’s the direction I was pushed in. For a number of years, I scattered too much of my energy. Having a number of plates spinning at one time, in case one fell and broke. Over time I have gained trust that it’s safe to focus on one thing at a time. I have, as a person, over all, calmed down. I have developed a lot more trust, that what is meant for me will reveal itself. With that trust has come a renewed desire for simplicity, be it a different kind of simplicity to what I once craved. For there was a time where I needed to break everything down and remove it, and now I build concisely, slowly with confidence, with a vision in mind.
