高筋麵粉260克(2杯+3大勺)
牛奶140克(9大勺+1小勺)
雞蛋液50克
(1個雞蛋,不夠可用牛奶補足)
白糖30克(2大勺)
酵母3克(3/4小勺)
鹽2克(1/3小勺)
無鹽黃油30克(2大勺)

浴麵包的牛奶液:
牛奶200克(1杯)
雞蛋1個
橄欖油10克(2小勺)
(或食用油)

淋入大約50克

烘烤:
烤箱預熱15分鐘
170°C
烘烤21分鐘
(僅作參考時間,請根據烤盤和烤箱不同自行稍做調整)

bake:
Preheat oven for 15 minutes
170°C
Bake for 21 minutes
