veg kurma recipe for 25 people-
Ingredients for veg kurma-
cauliflour,paneer,green peas,onion and tomaqto- 1/2 kg each.
carrot,french beas,capsicum- 1/4 kg
coriender
2 tsp- musturd and cumin seeds
4 green chillis
50 curry leaves
2 tsp turmeric, 3 tbsp red chilli powder,4 tbsp corienderpower,1 tbsp cumin powder and 3 tsp garam masala powder.
salt
oil
50 gms cashewnut paste
1 cup fresh cream

Ingredients for chana masala-
chole-1/2 kg
potato- 1/2 kg
onion and tomato- 1/2 kg
4 green chillis,50 curry leaves
2 tsp musturd and cumin seeds each
1/2 tsp asafetida(hing)
coriender
2 tsp turmeric powder
5 tbsp red chilli powder
whole spices- 4 bay leaves,10 black pepper,6 cloves,1 star anise,2 black cardamon and 3 small cinamon stick.
4 tbsp dry roasted ground coconut
salt
oil.
