내가 좋아하는 3가지맛 샤브레 (초코칩,황치즈,시나몬슈가)

These 3 flavors, including my favorite "Maple Pecan Sable cookies, I really recommend it. Especially, the sweet and salty cheddar cheese and cinnamon sugar are the best!
Chocolate chips are as delicious as expected.
It is more convenient because you can make three flavors at the same time.

What flavor would I like the most? :)


Ingredients
✔(Chocolate Chip)
60g Unsalted butter
12g Egg yolk
30g Powdered Sugar
1g Salt
110g Cake flour
10g Grounded almond
35-40g chocolate chip
2g Vanilla paste

✔(Cinnamon Sugar)
60g Unsalted butter
12g Egg yolk
30g Powdered Sugar
1g Salt
110g Cake flour
10g Grounded almond
1g Grounded Cinnamon
2g Vanilla paste

✔Cheddar cheese
60g Unsalted butter
12g Egg yolk
30g Powdered Sugar
1g Salt
105g Cake flour
20g Cheddar cheese powder
5g Parmesan cheese powder
2g Vanilla paste

The batter is not too sweet. apply lots of sugar on the batter sticks.


Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ℃ (320℉)
for 23 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes on a cooling net.
