[#3] Foot rigging in Blender using IK constraints

This video demonstrates how to rig a foot and leg using IK constraints. The entire foot and leg can be controlled simply with 2 bones, one master bone for the position, and another for the heel/toe lift. This makes it a lot easier to animate a character's walk cycle.
