Get ready for a 30 MIN DUMBBELL FAT BURN full body workout! This circuit includes no jumping, no repeat exercises, and is designed to help you burn fat, build strength, and get defined using dumbbells.

Workout structure:
• Warm-up: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest
• Main workout: 3 rounds of 8 exercises – 45 sec work / 15 sec rest
• Two 30-second breaks included between rounds
• Cool-down: 5 exercises – 30 sec work / 10 sec rest

I’m using 2 x 4 kg (approx. 9 lb) dumbbells, but feel free to choose a weight that challenges you.
Dumbbells help boost intensity, build muscle definition, and make the workout more effective overall.

No jumping. No repeating the same exercise. Just a full body circuit that gets you sweating and results showing.
