This time we stayed for one night at Hikage Onsen, located on the border between Aomori and Akita prefectures and known as Tohoku Kusatsu.
The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services at JR Ikaroseki Station and Jinba Station, and advance reservation is required.
There are 3 open-air onsens, 2 indoor onsens and 1 large onsens for men and women in the hotel.
This onsen is a white sulfur spring, which is famous for its skin-friendly properties.
Overall, the price of Hikage Onsen is reasonable, and the facilities, food and services are great.
The scenery is also very good, we recommend it to everyone.
