Sigmund Freud Short Biography Summary in Hindi -
सपनों के डॉक्टर माने जाने वाले सिग्मंड फ्रायड का जन्म आस्ट्रिया-हंगरी के फ्रीबर्ग (Freiberg) शहर में हुआ 1856 में हुआ था । उन्हें founder of psychoanalysis भी कहा जाता है। उन्होंने अपने शैक्षणिक जीवन के दौरान कई उपलब्धियां हासिल कीं। मात्र 6 साल की उम्र में 8 भाषाओं का ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया था।
फ्रायड ने वियना विश्वविद्यालय से डॉक्टर ऑफ मेडिसिन किया। सन् 1938 में हिटलर के नाजी विद्रोह के कारण फ्रायड भागकर लन्दन चले गए।
उन्नीसवीं सदी के आरम्भ के कुछ समय पहले मनोविज्ञान एक स्वतंत्र विज्ञान के रूप में विकसित हुआ। इससे पहले मनोविज्ञान को Philosophy के अंतर्गत पढ़ा जाता था। उस वक्त मनोविज्ञान का उद्देश्य वयस्क मानव की चेतना का विश्लेषण और अध्ययन करना था। फ्रायड ने इस परम्परागत "चेतना के मनोविज्ञान " का विरोध किया और मनोविश्लेषण सम्बन्धी कई नई संकल्पनाओं का प्रतिपादन किया जिसपर हमारा आज का आधुनिक मनोविज्ञान टिका हुआ है।
