In this first Chapter of the Live Workshop series, I show how to Start with 3D Point Cloud Processing using Python. We are going to set up an environment, followed by manipulating point clouds and libraries such as Open3D, Laspy, Numpy, and Matplotlib. We also explore 3D data structures such as Octrees and Voxels.
