4 Appetizers from the 1960’s and 1970’s

Mushrooms on a Pick

1 # of Mushrooms cleaned
½ cup butter
1 package of Ranch Dressing

Put everything in a crockpot for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low. These can also be cooked in your conventional oven for 4 hours at 200 degrees.

Devilled Eggs

Choose the number of eggs that you want for your gathering. For the purposes of this video I hard cooked 6 eggs in my instant pot on pressure cook for 9 minutes because they were extra large eggs. This can also be done in a pot of water on the stove top.

To the yolks of 6 eggs add 2 TBSPS of mayonnaise and ½ tsp mustard. Add salt. Mix well and if it’s a bit dry add a very small amount of mayonnaise or pickle juice. Scoop the mixture back into the egg yoks.
