4 EASY NAAN Recipes You NEED To Try || Cooking For ONE

Come along with me today as I cook for one, just me! I keep my meals pretty simple, especially when cooking for one. You're important enough to cook delicious food for yourself, just like you do for others!

GRILLED CHICKEN & SPINACH NAAN SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS: 1 Naan Flatbread, Grilled chicken, spinach, peppers, onions, shredded mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, italian seasoning
OPTIONAL: worcestershire sauce, garlic parmesan seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS: Sautee onions & peppers in olive oil, in a skillet on the stovetop. Add in cooked Grilled chicken, worcestershire sauce (optional), onion powder, garlic powder, & black pepper to taste, and heat through.
Take one Naan flatbread and rub olive oil on one side. Season with italian seasoning and garlic parmesan seasoning (optional). Flip this over so the side with the olive oil on it is facing down.
Take shredded mozzarella cheese and lay on one half of the naan bread. Then layer fresh spinach on top of the mozzarella.
Place your grilled chicken, peppers & onions on top of the spinach & sprinkle with a little more shredded mozzarella cheese. Add some crumbled Feta cheese on top then fold the other half of your Naan bread over everything to create a sandwich.
Place in a 400 degree oven until the naan is toasted and the cheese is all hot and melted.


NAAN GARLIC BREAD
INGREDIENTS: 1 Naan Flatbread, butter (melted) garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, buttery garlic & herb seasoning (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: In a medium size microwave safe bowl place butter. Then microwave till melted.
Add in garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, and garlic herb seasoning (optional) to taste.
Mix well then brush onto one side of the naan bread. Place in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Slice in strips and Enjoy!

NAAN BREAKFAST PIZZA
INGREDIENTS: 1 Naan Flatbread, 1/2 pound breakfast sausage, 1 pack pepper gravy mix (or you can make your own gravy), 2 eggs, shredded cheese, peppers & onions (optional), oil for sautéing peppers and onions, small pat of butter, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, green onions (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS: Place breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat and brown it till done. Drain grease off of sausage.
Prepare gravy mix according to the package directions and add the sausage in. Stir until combined.
Put oil in a skillet and heat up. Add in peppers & onions & saute.
Put naan on a pan and place in a 400 degree oven for a few minutes to start toasting up just a little bit.
Put a small pat of butter in a skillet and melt it down. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and season to taste. Once butter is melted add in the 2 eggs and cook till done.
Once eggs are finished it's time to assemble your pizza.
Place a layer of sausage gravy on the naan flatbread. Then place a small layer of shredded cheese. Top the shredded cheese with the scrambled eggs, the peppers & onions and then another layer of shredded cheese. Top with green onions (optional).
Place in a 400 degree oven until the cheese is all melted, hot and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are brown & crispy.
Slice & Enjoy!

NAAN DESSERT PIZZA
INGREDIENTS: 1 Naan Flatbread, cream cheese, granulated sugar (optional), and strawberries, chocolate for melting or chocolate syrup

INSTRUCTIONS: Spread one piece of naan flatbread with cream cheese. Sprinkle with granulated sugar (optional).
Slice strawberries and layer on top of the cream cheese.
Sprinkle more granulated sugar on top of the strawberries (optional).
Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the strawberries. Or if using chocolate syrup, drizzle it over the strawberries.
Slice & Enjoy!
