Nowadays, people are starting to see them importance of improving one's mental health. They are changing their habits and behaviors, thought patterns, and so on. But one area that people may be unaware of or neglect when doing self work is their speech. In Buddhism, speech is one pillar that is critical to our well being so we need to pay attention to it.
