With Creature Commandos now here James Gunn's new DCU has officially launched! A new Superman Film is right around the corner replacing Henry Cavill in the role of Clark Kent with David Corenswet and promising a more hopeful version of the iconic character than we had in the old DCEU. But from what we've seen of James Gunn in the past with shows like Peacemaker and films like Guardians of the Galaxy in the MCU there are a few red flags for how he may adapt other DC Comic characters like Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Flash, and Wonder Woman. From continuity and canon to characters like Lex Luthor, Lois Lane, Krypto, and even the Legion of Superheroes - should fans be worried? Or are we getting a version of the Man of Steel fans have wanted to see again since Christopher Reeves defined the role on screen all those years ago?
