આજે આપણે બનાવીશું કાઠિયાવાડ ની ખૂબ જ પ્રખ્યાત મોમાં મૂકતા જ ઓગળી જાય એવી પોચી સુખડી ખાસ શુભ પ્રસંગોમાં બનાવવામા આવે છે . આ #સુખડી આજે અમારા બા પાસેથી બનાવતા શીખીશું એ પણ ઓરીજીનલ કાઠિયાવાડી રીત અને સ્વાદ સાથે . જે સ્વાદ માં એકદમ સપ્રમાણ મીઠી અને નરમ માખણ જેવી પોચી બને છે .
Ingredients for #Sukhdi
2 cups Regular wheat 🌾 flour
1 cup grated soft jaggery or as per taste
1 cup pure desi ghee
1/2 tbsp dry ginger powder
