આજે આપણે બનાવીશું કાઠિયાવાડની ખૂબ જ પ્રખ્યાત #ગુજરાતી_લાપસી મોમાં મૂકતા જ ઓગળી જાય એવી પોચી ખાસ શુભ પ્રસંગોમાં બનાવવામા આવે છે . આ #લાપસી આજે અમારા બા પાસેથી બનાવતા શીખીશું એ પણ વરષો જૂની ગામડાની દેશી ઓરીજીનલ કાઠિયાવાડી રીત અને સ્વાદ સાથે . જે સ્વાદ માં એકદમ નરમ માખણ જેવી પોચી બને છે .

1 cup Jada wheat 🌾 flour
1/3rd cup jaggery or as per taste
1+ 1/4 th cup water
1/3rd cup ghee or as required
