It is believed that our bodies have seven energy centers known as "chakras."
Each of the seven chakras corresponds to a musical note in the sequence of "C, D, E, F, G, A, B," starting from the first (lowest) chakra. Listening to these notes can help bring balance to each chakra, providing a unique approach to well-being.
In this video, we use the crystal singing bowl, a healing instrument made from quartz, to carefully resonate each note that corresponds to the chakras.
