佛山嶺南天地位於佛山市禪城區祖廟東華里中心地段。工程佔地面積達65公頃（淨土地面積52公頃），總建築面積達150萬平米。本計畫共分五期開發，整體開發完成時間為2020年。位於佛山市中心禪城區的核心位置─祖廟片區，毗鄰全國有名的國家級文保單位東華裡，坐擁全城景仰的崇高地位，是中國極少數典藏深厚歷史底蘊的傳統富人區。祖廟東華裡片區改造始於2008年，在佛山市、禪城區兩級政府的支持和整體策劃下，香港瑞安房地產發展有限公司2008年2月28日啟動了「佛山嶺南天地」工程。
佛山嶺南天地以祖廟、東華裡、歷史風貌區為發展主軸，用現代化的手法保護改造片區內的22幢文物建築及眾多的優秀歷史建築，延續歷史街巷，創造尺度適宜的開放空間，佛山嶺南天地規劃淨用地面積52萬平方米，總建設面積150萬平方米，整個工程不將複製上海新天地及該公司在內地其他專案的設計模式與理念，將運用現代化的手法改造祖廟東華裡片區內具有典型嶺南民居建築風格的優秀歷史建築，其將包括住宅、辦公大樓、零售、餐飲、娛樂、旅遊及文化等多功能設施，延續佛山風情風貌，打造佛山新地標。

Foshan Lingnan Tiandi is located in the central area of Donghuali, Zumiao, Chancheng District, Foshan City. The project covers an area of 65 hectares (net land area of 52 hectares) and a total construction area of 1.5 million square meters. The project is divided into five phases and the overall development is expected to be completed in 2020. Located in the core area of Chancheng District in the center of Foshan City, Zumiao District, adjacent to Donghuali, a nationally famous cultural heritage site, it enjoys a lofty status admired by the whole city and is one of the few traditional wealthy areas in China with a profound historical heritage. The transformation of the Zumiao Donghuali area began in 2008. With the support and overall planning of the governments of Foshan City and Chancheng District, Hong Kong Shui On Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. launched the "Foshan Lingnan Tiandi" project on February 28, 2008.
Foshan Lingnan Tiandi takes Ancestral Temple, Donghuali and historical style area as its development axis. It uses modern methods to protect and transform the 22 cultural relics buildings and numerous outstanding historical buildings in the area, continue the historical streets and lanes, and create open spaces of appropriate scale. Foshan Lingnan Tiandi has a planned net land area of 520,000 square meters and a total construction area of 1.5 million square meters. The entire project will not copy the design model and concept of Shanghai Xintiandi and the company's other projects in the Mainland. It will use modern methods to transform the outstanding historical buildings with typical Lingnan residential architectural style in the Ancestral Temple Donghuali area. It will include multi-functional facilities such as residences, office buildings, retail, catering, entertainment, tourism and culture, continue the Foshan style and create a new landmark in Foshan.
