Parco on Shibuya Koen-dori, which opened in 1973, was a fashion building that garnered overwhelming support from young people.
However, it closed in 2016 due to the Saison Group's declining profits and the building's aging.
Then, the management changed and in 2019 it was reborn as a facility targeting a wide range of people, including adults.
Koen-dori has transformed from a street for young people into a city for adults.
