2 kg of fat
500g of any meat
400 gr onions
400 g carrots
Spices: I recommend to orient according to your taste!
1-1,5 tbsp. vegetable spice
1 tsp. salt
5 garlic cloves
0.5 tsp. ground black pepper
I store at room temperature.
