Out of This World is a seminal, very important piece of science fiction media, and while most of this fourteen (or thirteen) part anthology may be lost, it has a considerably interesting history and very high quality - albeit limited - surviving fragments that gives one an idea of how revolutionary the show was for the time. If it wasn't for the ambition and producer's wit of Irene Shubik, we probably wouldn't have such great science fiction television.
