A Class 37,
A Class 56 and
Power Moves plus the
Rail 200 Pendo at
Carlisle 03 March 25
The Class 37 from Upperby Depot is passing through Carlis;le Station and heading to Scotland for Route Learning duties
Meanwhile a Class 56 arrives from Doncaster for a week working the logs and other trains.
Among the passenger trains we see Avanti's Rail 200 Pendolino head south through Carlisle.
The regular Engineer's train to Tyne YArd was different today - beside a solitary wagon there were a GBRf and a Freightliner 66 in the consist.
The northbound Teaco train passes through Carlisle with both a Class 88 and 68 at the head.
The track relaying unit on the midday engineer's train to Crewe still reminds me of something out of Star Wars!
The final DRS 68 is heading to Sellafield for work on the week's Drigg - Shap aggregate trains for British Nuclear Fuels which run via the Goods Lines and Bog Junction.
