قاورمه یکی از غذاهای سنتی کردستانه که متاسفانه با مُرورِ زمان جاش تو سفرهها کمرنگ شده…
تو سفر آخرم به اون منطقه، رفتم سراغ این غذای خوشمزه تا با همدیگه تجربهاش کنیم و نذاریم فراموش بشه!
برای تهیه کردنش؛
*دنبه رو داخل ساج روی آتیش آب میکنن.
*تکههای گوشت گوساله (ترجیحاً راسته) رو با روغنِ دنبه سرخ میکنن.
*بعد میرن سراغ سیر که نقش کلیدی رو تو این غذا داره!
*مرغ و نمک رو اضافه میکنن.
نکتهی مهم: این غذا رو باید مرتب هم بزنی!
*حالا پیاز، نمک و فلفل سبز رو با مواد ترکیب میکنن.
*و مرحلهی آخر که اضافه کردن گوجهفرنگی، نمک و ادویهیِ مخصوص این غذاست…
قاورمه که حاضر شد، برام ریختن رویِ برنج مخصوصِ مریوان که با پیاز داغ و لپه آماده شده بود
طعمی که از قاورمه گرفتم کمی یاد واویشکا انداخت منو… فوقالعاده لذیذ با مزههایی که از گوشت، مرغ و ادویه حس میشه!
