🌴 4 acres of dense forest: A self-sustaining jungle-like ecosystem with coconut, areca nut, banana, and wild trees, enriched by layers of biomass compost.
🍎 Fruit & vegetable cultivation: Sprinkler-irrigated during summer and rain-fed otherwise, with no-till farming techniques and natural pest control from organic farm tanks.
