1 kg of lamb, sheep, or a mixture with beef (60% / 40%)
1 medium onion
1-2 red, sweet peppers
3 - 4 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon pul biber (kind of paprika)
2 teaspoons sumac
1 handful of chopped parsley
2 teaspoons salt (18 grams salt / kg meat)
