Hocus Pocus performed in rehearsal in 2009 featuring Joe Clancy - Drums (Vardis), Adrian Smith - Guitar and Martin Connolly - Bass guitar.
This version of Hocus Pocus was recorded in one take and there has been no overdubs recorded. It was recorded to a Studer A820 and Pro Tools simultaneously. This audio has been mixed down from the Pro Tools session. The recording session was organised and produced by Joe Clancy. The audio engineer that recorded the session was Tony Forman. The audio was mixed by Joe Clancy and Tony Forman and subsequently Mastered by Dino Christophilopoulos.
The two inch master tapes of the Studer Recording remain archived.
The video cameras were a mixture of S-VHS, DVD Disc and DV cameras. 4 static cameras were placed by Joe Clancy and the video footage was mixed in Final Cut Pro and subsequently mixed with the 48K Audio masters to DVD.
Other songs from the session are currently residing archived to DVD, 24 bit 48K masters and multitrack formats (WAVS and Quantegy GP9)
