Ingredients for the dough
210g of refined sugar (one cup)
2 tbsp. lemon zest
150g butter (3/4 cup)
200g eggs (4 medium eggs)
260g wheat flour (2 cups + 1 tablespoon)
5g salt (1 teaspoon)
10g baking powder (2 teaspoons)
140g milk (1/2 cup)
30g lemon juice (3 tablespoons)
80 to 100g blueberries (1 cup)
