今天簡單哥教你一個超～簡單的作法
就是利用破壁機去「洗愛玉」
不用手搓洗很久 ，一按就可以搞定
再加上必備的「蜂蜜檸檬」
輕鬆在家完成這道「蜂蜜檸檬愛玉」

🥣需要準備的材料🥣
👉愛玉籽 15克
👉礦泉水(洗愛玉) 800毫升
👉礦泉水(汁) 300毫升
👉檸檬 半顆
👉蜂蜜 2大匙

🥘步驟🥘
①檸檬汁倒入蜂蜜中攪拌，再倒入水拌勻
②破壁機倒入愛玉籽、水後抽真空
③破壁機調二檔打30秒後休息一次，共打一分半鐘
④將愛玉倒入紗布中，擠出愛玉汁
⑤放入冰箱等待凝固，將愛玉切塊狀
⑥愛玉倒入蜂蜜檸檬汁即可享用

🥣Ingredients🥣
👉15g Jelly fig
👉800ml Water (for rubbing and Squeezing)
👉300ml Water (juice)
👉half a lemon
👉2T honey

🥘Cooking🥘
①Pour lemon juice in honey and mix, then pour water and mix.
②Add jelly fig and water in power blender, then vacuum-pumping and blend it.
③Change to slow speed and blend it for 30 seconds and each time, total time would be one and half minutes.
④Squeeze the juice through the cheesecloth.
⑤Set in the refrigerator until it mold, then cube it.
⑥Pour honey lemon juice in aiyu jelly, then you are ready to serve.
