آکالابت (Akallabêth) یک واژه در زبان آدونائیک (زبان مردم نومنور) به معنای "سقوط" یا "سقوط نومنور" است. این اصطلاح به داستان سقوط نومنور، جزیره افسانه‌ای که توسط والار به انسان‌ها هدیه داده شده بود، اشاره داره که یکی از چهار بخش اصلی سیلماریلیون اثر جی. آر. آر. تالکین است و ماجرای اوج و سقوط پادشاهی نومنور در دوران دوم آردا را روایت میکنه.
