Ingredients quantity
Oil 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Dry red chilli 2 no
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 no
Potato cubed 2 no
French beans 250 gram
Salt to taste
Green chilli chopped 2 no
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Coriander sprig 5-6 no
Mint sprig for garnish
Method:-
1. Place a kadai on medium flame and heat oil. Add cumin seeds and dry red chilli let them splutter.
2. Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped onion stir fry for a minute.
3. Now add cubed potatoes. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
4. Take French beans, remove their strings and cut them into small pieces.
5. Now add salt in potatoes and stir fry for a minute.
6. Add chopped green chilli. Mix well, cover the kadai, and cook for 5-7 minutes on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking.
7. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and dry mango powder mix well.
8. Add chopped French beans and mix well. Cover the kadai with lid, and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until both the potatoes and beans are tender.
9. Take fresh coriander sprig and chopped well. Add in a beans and mix well.
10. Now side out in a serving bowl and garnish with mint sprig.
