American Tries Jamaican Rum for the First Time..
Specifically, I drank / tried the Appleton Estate 12 Year Rare Cask Rum from Jamaica, which has an ABV of 43%, was made with no added flavorings or sugars, and was aged for a minimum of 12 years.
I paid $41.95 for this 750ml bottle, making this the most expensive rum I'll have ever drank, although that's not really saying much, as this is also the second one I've ever tried.
