Ingredients:
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Ghee / Clarified Butter ( melted ) - 4 tbsp + 2 tsp
All-purpose Flour / Maida (sieved ) - 2 ½ cups / 300 gms
Salt - 2 pinches
Sugar powder - ½ cup
( 2 tbsp will be used in the dough & the balance for sprinkling on the
cooked Angel Wings )
Eggs - 2
Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
Water - 5 tbsp
Note: Sprinkle Sugar powder on the Angel Wings when they are hot
Cool down the Angel Wings & then store them in an airtight container
