Multi-crystal collection strategies are an essential technique for collecting
a complete dataset at room temperature with reduced radiation damage.
However, as the number of data collections required for a complete
dataset increases, resolving the effects of non-isomorphism becomes
critical to successful processing that yields true biological insights. This
talk will cover the techniques and tools now available to process and
evaluate multi-crystal datasets, and how to objectively select subsets of
the data which best represent features of interest.
