Today I will show you how to make biscuits with 100 percent whole wheat atta and is a high fiber healthy biscuit. These are specially created for people who seek healthy way of life. These Atta Biscuits are crispy and eggless whole wheat biscuits which are flavored with ghee and and best enjoyed with a cup of chai! Here is the recipe ( for approximately 40 number Biscuits)
Whole wheat flour- 230 gm
Semolina-30 gm
Milk powder- 10 gm
Jaggery-100 gm
Water- 100 gm
Desi ghee-100 gm
Vanilla essence-5 ml
Baking powder- 4 gm
Salt- 5 gm
Baking Temperature-180 degree Celsius
Baking Time- 17 to 18 minutes
