This is a deliciously savoury recipe for a suet pastry roll filled with bacon and onions. Mine was baked in the oven but it can also be wrapped and steamed too.
Note: at about 3:23 I say to add the yeast into the flour, when in fact I meant to add the suet. There is no yeast in this recipe.
