Have you all made the glazed apple? Here are some recipes for which you can use those glazed apples.
A different version of 'moist peach pie' featured on the SBS show 'Tasty Square' using apples and a really simple apple gorgonzola pizza.

Moist Apple Pie


[Ingredients]


*Apple Pie

Glazed apple 1 cup (180g)
Flour 1 1/2 cup (150g)
Brown sugar 1/2 cup (80g)
1 egg (60g)
Milk 1/3 cup (65g)
Salt 1/2 tbsp (2g)
Baking powder 1 tbsp (8g)
1/2 stick butter (40g)
Stick butter for greasing the pan

*Topping

Vanilla ice cream
Cinnamon powder


[Directions]

1. Place the butter in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute to completely melt it and let it cool.
2. Put egg and brown sugar in a bowl and mix using a whisk until the sugar is melted.
3. Add milk and mix.
4. One egg mixture and milk are mixed, add salt and slowly pour in the melted butter and mix.
5. Once the butter is mixed in, add flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly so that they don't clump up.
6. Add the glazed apple and mix.
7. Grease the baking pan with butter.
8. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to remove air bubbles.
9. Pre-heat the air fryer to 150°C for 10 minutes, and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Once the pie is baked, remove from the pan and cut into a decent size.
11. Top with vanilla ice cream and cinnamon powder to finish.




Apple Gorgonzola Pizza


[Ingredients]

1 tortilla (20cm) (45g)
Glazed apple 1 cup (180g)
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup (110g)
Water 2 tbsp (10g)
Gorgonzola cheese
Parsley


[Directions]

1. Pre-heat the frying pan over low heat.
2. Spread the glazed apple on tortilla.
3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the glazed apple.
4. Cut gorgonzola cheese into pieces and put on top of mozzarella cheese.
5. Add 2 tbsp of water to the preheated frying pan.
6. Place the tortilla on the frying pan.
7. Cook over very low heat and cover with a lid. Wait until the cheese is melted.
8. Plate up and garnish with parsley.
