NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
potatoes - 1,500 kg. (duties, equal in size)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
oregano
garlic - 2 cloves
cow butter - 70 grams
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Wash and dry the potatoes. Place one potato between two wooden stirrers and make incisions but not all the way. Arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the butter and add the finely chopped garlic. Stew for one minute on low heat. Grease the potatoes well with half of the butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, in the middle, with a fan, for 30 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and grease again with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake for another 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared potatoes with finely chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
