NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
flour - 500 g (sifted)
fresh milk - 250 ml. (warm)
egg - 1 pc. (at room temperature)
dry yeast - 11 gr.
vanilla sugar - 8 g.
crystal sugar - 2 tbsp.
cow butter - 60 g (soft, at room temperature)
salt - 1 tsp.
liquid chocolate - 300-350 g.
powdered sugar for sprinkling (optional)
frying oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Add half of the granulated sugar and yeast to the milk. Stir until the sugar dissolves and wait 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the crystal sugar, vanilla sugar, salt to the flour and mix. Design a well. In the middle add the egg, butter, activated yeast and knead a soft dough. Do not add a lot of extra flour, the dough should be soft. Transfer the dough to a bowl with a lid and leave it to rise for 1 hour in the heat.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 centimeter. Cut circles with a ring or cup. The recipe is for 20 donuts. Fry in an oil bath until golden on both sides. The oil should be at a moderate temperature. Place the finished donuts on kitchen paper. Wait for them to cool.
Fill the chocolate in a bag with a round thin tip. Make incisions with a thin knife and fill with chocolate. Sprinkle the finished donuts with powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
