Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Banana 4pcs, smashed to purée
2. Oil 100g
3. Eggs 3pcs
4. Sugar 100g
5. Flour 100g
6. Baking powder 1tsp
Seasoning
1. Salt 1/2tsp
Method
1. Combine the banana purée with salt. Add in oil, sift in flour and baking powder. Combine well and set aside
2. Combine the eggs and sugar (in 3 portions). Whisk till mixture turns lightly white.
3. Combine 1 & 2 together. Transfer into the baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 170deg
5. Bake for 35-40min
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
